Terms of Service

1. What CrowdShow does
CrowdShow is a demand-aggregation platform for live music. Fans "summon" an artist to a city; when enough fans commit to a summon to reach its threshold, the show is confirmed. CrowdShow facilitates this demand and the associated ticketing. We are not the performing artist and, unless expressly stated, are not the event organiser or venue.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
3. Summons, commitments and payment
- Creating an account and joining a summon is free. When you join, you securely save a payment card with our payment processor. Saving your card does not charge you.
- If and when a summon reaches its required number of fans, the show is confirmed and your saved card is charged the ticket price shown for that summon.
- You may leave a summon before it is confirmed at no cost — nothing has been charged.
- Once a summon is confirmed, your ticket is a purchase and is subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Full payment details are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
4. Tickets
Tickets issued through the Platform are personal to you. Unless we say otherwise, they may not be resold above face value or used for commercial purposes. Entry to any event remains subject to the rules of the organiser and venue.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- interfere with or disrupt the Platform, its security, or its infrastructure;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data;
- create summons, joins or accounts that are fake, automated or misleading.

7. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that any summon will reach its threshold or that any show will take place.
8. Limitation of liability
