Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 31 July 2026
When you are charged
- Signing up and joining a summon is free. When you join, you securely save a payment card — this does not charge you.
- You are only charged if and when the summon reaches its required number of fans and the show is confirmed. At that point your saved card is charged the ticket price shown for that summon.
- If a summon never reaches its threshold, you are never charged.
Leaving a summon before it confirms
You can leave a summon at any time before it is confirmed, at no cost — nothing has been charged, so there is nothing to refund.
After a show is confirmed
Once a show is confirmed and your card is charged, your ticket is a purchase. Like most live-event tickets, confirmed tickets are generally non-refundable, except in the cases below.
When we refund you
- If a confirmed show is cancelled, you receive a full refund of the ticket price.
- If a confirmed show is materially rescheduled or relocated and you cannot attend, you may request a full refund.
- If you were charged in error, we will refund the incorrect amount.
Refunds are issued to the original payment card. Once we initiate a refund it typically reaches your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
If your payment fails
If your saved card is declined when a show confirms, we may retry the charge, and you can update your card to complete your ticket purchase. If payment cannot be completed, your ticket may not be issued.
How to request a refund
Email info@crowd.show from the address on your account, with the artist, city and date of the summon. Nothing in this policy affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer under Estonian and EU law.
